Some Early Submarines
- Linoleum block prints, letterpress, cut paper; 2013
A series of 40 unique layered, paper cut and collaged linocut prints based on the Turtle- a one person submarine that was launched in New York Harbor during the Revolutionary War, produced in residence on Governors Island through LMCC’s Swing Space program in 2013. Each piece in the series is a unique print, with layers of printed block prints collaged on top of layers, and cut through to reveal different combinations of colors.
